1. Introduction
Welcome to Trust Marketing 360 (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of trustmarketing360.com (the “Site”) and our services: a 15-minute call, Proof Engine, Trust OS, and Trust Audit (the “Services”). Trust OS is a product of Trust Marketing 360. By using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
2. Acceptance of terms
By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If you are using them for a business, you represent that you can bind that business to these Terms.
3. Description of services
We serve owner-led firms — architecture, construction and trades, CPA and bookkeeping, advising, consulting, and similar. Current published prices are:
- Practice $1,200 per year
- Done with you $4,997 in year one, then Practice
- Invitation $0 for 12 months for owners we accept, then $55 per year to host — or export — or Practice
- Trust Audit $997 one time
This page is not a sales contract. The plans page and any written agreement you sign control if they differ. We do not promise leads, rankings, or revenue.
4. Your obligations
You agree to:
- Give accurate information.
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
- Not copy, resell, or republish our reports or software without permission.
- Follow applicable laws, including your profession’s ethics rules.
You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential. You approve every message that goes to a client. We will not invent proof.
5. Payment
Fees for paid Services are due as stated on the invoice or written agreement, in USD, plus any tax you owe. We do not store full card numbers; a processor such as Stripe handles the card. If you leave, you may take your files — we will not hold the site. Refunds, if any, are those in your written agreement. We will not promise you clients.
6. Intellectual property
Site content, software, and our reports are owned by Trust Marketing 360 or our licensors. You may use a report we deliver for your own firm. You keep the facts and files you give us. You grant us a limited license to use what you provide so we can deliver the Services.
7. Disclaimers and limits
The Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee a number of leads, a ranking, or a revenue result. To the fullest extent the law allows, Trust Marketing 360 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in question.
8. Termination
We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms. Your written agreement covers how you export and leave.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Snohomish County, Washington.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the new date on this page. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
