Trust Marketing 360 (“we,” “us”) is a studio that builds and sells Trust OS — the operating system for owner-led firms (architecture, construction, CPA and bookkeeping, advisory, consulting, and similar). The product is a website, proof from real work, and a client portal. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit https://www.trustmarketing360.com/, book a 15-minute call, send a message, or buy a Trust Audit or Trust OS.
We are based in the United States. We do not sell your information. We do not invent extra legal programs we cannot run. If you want your data updated or deleted, email us and we will handle it.
1. What we collect
- What you type. Name, email, phone, firm name, website URL, industry, and the message you send on Contact, Book 15 minutes, or similar forms.
- Your website URL. Optional, so Charles can look before the call. You can put it in the booking notes.
- What the browser sends. IP address, browser, pages viewed, and how you arrived — through our host, analytics, and advertising pixels.
- Payment. If you pay for a Trust Audit ($997), Practice ($1,200/year), or DFY ($4,997 year one), a processor such as Stripe handles the card. We do not store full card numbers.
- Email. We may send a reply or follow-up about the call, the Audit, or Trust OS. You can ask us to stop.
- Trust Signals letter. If you subscribe on /newsletter (or opt in from a thank-you page), we send a weekly Thursday letter called Trust Signals. Signup for the letter is separate from booking a call. We use Beehiiv’s confirmation email unless you already confirmed.
We do not ask for patient records, tax files, or other sensitive professional files on this marketing site. Trust OS (the product) is a separate app with its own firm and client data.
2. How we collect it
- Forms on this site (including Zoho forms and our own APIs).
- Calendly or similar when you book a short call.
- Cookies and pixels: Google Analytics (gtag) and Meta (Facebook) Pixel, used to see if pages and forms work.
- Hosting and tools that run the site (for example Vercel, email delivery, and our lead store).
3. How we use it
- To reply to a message or confirm a booked call.
- To decide if Trust Audit or Trust OS is a fit. We will say if it is not.
- To deliver work you buy (Audit or Trust OS onboarding).
- To keep the site working and to understand which pages people use.
- To comply with law if we must.
We do not sell lists. We do not use your firm’s private files to train public AI models.
4. Who else sees it
We share information only as needed to run the studio:
- Host, email, form, calendar, and payment vendors (bound to their own terms).
- Beehiiv — processes addresses for the Trust Signals letter and hosts the public archive (when enabled).
- Charles Schaar and contractors who help deliver an Audit or install, under our direction.
- Authorities if the law requires it.
5. Cookies and pixels
The site uses cookies so pages load and stay signed where needed, plus Google Analytics and a Meta Pixel in production to measure visits and form submits. You can block cookies in your browser. That may break some forms. We do not run a separate cookie-consent banner today. We do not claim we honor every global “do not track” signal.
6. Your choices
Email info@trustmarketing360.com or use Contact to ask us to:
- Show you what we have about you
- Correct it
- Delete it, unless we must keep it for tax, dispute, or legal reasons
- Stop marketing email
- Unsubscribe from Trust Signals — use the link in every letter footer, or email us
We serve mostly U.S. firms. If you are in California or another place with extra privacy rules, send the same request. We will do what the law requires. We do not appoint a separate GDPR officer. We do not sell personal information as that term is used in California law.
7. How long we keep it
Lead and score records stay while they are useful for the conversation, then we delete or archive them. Paid-client records stay as long as we need them to deliver the work and keep accounts.
8. Children
This site is for adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
9. Other sites
Links to Calendly, Stripe, X, or other tools are their pages. Read their policies. We are not responsible for them.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new date here. The current version is always at https://www.trustmarketing360.com/privacy-policy.
