In DFY year one ($4,997) and in Practice ($1,200/year). Not sold as a separate add-on.
The job this offer does
Organize the client relationship. Stop losing requests in email threads and PDF attachments. Clients complete work under your brand — tasks, forms, messages, files.
Included in Practice and DFY year one. Not sold alone.
How it works
→ client signs in with a 6-digit email code at /portal
→ completes tasks / forms → firm notified
→ client opens Forms → submits
→ firm reviews submissions

Portal admin
Enable modules, invite clients, run the portal from Trust OS.
What’s included
Branded public /portal
Clients use your firm public host at /portal — logo, colors, welcome — not your Trust OS back office.
6-digit email code sign-in
Invite-only. Clients get a code by email. Works across devices. Password is optional if they set one later.
Tasks (including form-linked)
Assign work to clients. Optional “Complete form: …” tasks that open the form and mark done on submit.
Messages
Secure message threads — labeled clearly as messages, not cryptic “threads.”
Form builder + templates
Build questionnaires with live client preview. Field types: text, long text, email, phone, number, date, dropdown, radio, checkbox. Templates for intake, kickoff, feedback.
All clients or selected clients
Control who can see each form. Optional multiple submissions for updates.
Documents & modules
Share files. Firm chooses which modules clients see (tasks, messages, forms, documents, projects, reviews, etc.).
Go-live checklist
Pre-flight: branding, modules, public URL. Enable when ready; disable requires confirm (clients lose access immediately).
Legal acceptance
Clients accept Terms + Privacy on login / invite / first use — versioned like the firm side.
What “seats” means
Portal seats = client logins that can access the portal — not your internal firm admin users. Label this clearly in pricing conversations.
What this is not
- • Not a replacement for the public website or reviews from real work
- • Not enterprise practice-management / full legal/medical EMR
- • Not sold alone — it comes with Practice or DFY year one
- • Roadmap only (don’t sell as live): file-upload form fields, conditional form logic
Why not a standalone portal tool?
Typical client portals (practice tools, generic portals) stop at ops. Trust OS ties the portal to your marketing site and proof engine — same brand, same clients and projects, one system instead of another subscription duct-taped with Zapier.
Where it sits in the ladder
After the website wins the client
Keep the relationship organized under your brand — tasks, messages, and intake forms.
